Female staff refused to change glove when i asked her please change gloves after she finished with meat sandwich and start with vege patty sandwich.
In response she said “ do you want sandwich or not “
I said : “ yes if you could please change gloves it’s basic health and safety in food industry.”
But she refused and said “ i am not changing .”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I wanted to be spoken to in a rude, sullen manner, I could have had that for free from my teenager at home. Worst Subway I have been to, by a long shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would have to be one of the worse fast food experiences I have ever had. I arrived at the counter with one lady in front of me. I was ignored and the man behind me was served. 3 other people joined the queue and when I tried to place my order I was told to get to the back of the queue. Eventually I managed to order my chicken salad but because I didn't choose to have everything on offer, (just lettuce, cucumber and red onion) I ended up with a tiny salad unlike the people served before me. They then charged me $12.50 for the pathetic offering. I should have refused to pay and walked away but I was so hungry I just paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was rude and food was meh. They didn’t have chicken which was quite disappointing and she heated up my wrap without asking if i wanted it fresh or toasted (I wanted it fresh). Also didn’t allow me to use my subcard rewards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible experience today. From the moment I stepped up to be served, the lady ignores me. I ask "just checking if you guys are open" she looks around angrily and responds "ya" with huge attitude, implying that I can't see they're obviously open. The rest of the interaction with 2 staff members being unnecessarily rude, criticizing me while setting me up to misunderstand and getting mad when I do. I left with my food close to tears because theyre being completely and unnecessarily rude. When one of the 2 ladies spoke to the male customers behind me she was much nicer, so I know this behaviour and attitude isn't a constant part of their persona. Over all a very terrible experience, please do better. Customer service is a very easy skill to have, coming from a service worker of almost 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. No customer service. They accidentally assumed you only order the first thing you say? Don't worry. If you tell them you want something else they'll say that you should have said something earlier then be visibly and audibly annoyed about it. You want to know what type of cheese is the shredded one? "this one". Okay, thanks. They accidentally put meat on a meatless order? Don't worry, they won't replace it. Why would they? They'll just scrape the meat off then try to cover it with cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong price was on the board to start. A shop assistent did not listen to my request, no onions, and removed them when I pointed it. Minimum amount of other vegetables. Wrapped very loose so few fell apart, and I had to pick them up from the floor after eating. A positive side was the spicy sauce!
