★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite pleased with Wishbone's food, tried their lamb shanks during my stay at Auckland Clinical Studies and was quite surprised that their food is restaurant quality! I asked one of the nurses who was their caterer and was told it's Wishbone. That was who years ago, now I'm back at the ACS and their food catered by Wishbone is delicious as ever. Would love to visit their cafe at the airport sometime. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When did Wishbone food become so tasteless? I know Auckland is in level 3 & that we were purchasing from an airport outlet but that’s no excuse for poorly made sandwiches. The beef & fruit relish was so stingy on the relish it may as well not have had any - similarly with the caramelised onions in the lamb one. All sandwiches needed seasoning &, please people, learn to spread fillings, especially condiments, evenly. Very disappointing given there wasn’t much choice of anything else today,

"A great coffee, a lovely sandwich and a friendly staff member, A little pricey but it is the airport so it came be expected." Egg lettuce and ham sandwich as well as Caesar wrap, both very enjoyable. Not to mention the great selection on gluten free options, every sandwich they stocked also came with GF bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $1.30 extra for non dairy milk really takes the cake. Would have walked away if I had seen this prior. And the coffee wasn’t even good. Daylight robbery.

I visited your store today on my way out of Auckland and the one and only chiller that is in operation in your store was empty.
I resorted to purchasing a gluten free egg, ham and cheese sandwhich. I opened the sandwich and it didn't not taste right, I looked at the back of the label to be surprised that your use by date is 08.02.2022.
I wonder if this means these products should be removed from the shelves? It is sad really, considering the company's foundation is "high quality, fresh food made by professional chefs".
Who makes the decision for the products to stay on the shelf?
On a better note, you should be very happy with your 2 staff members rostered on today (Tuesday 8th Feb, 2022).

I had bought coffee from a cafe in the food court a few weeks ago and the experience there was horrible.
All I can say is Wishbone has the best coffee in the airport, it was nice, creamy and strong. Not only was the coffee great but the girls working that morning were lovely. Store has a nice welcoming vibe to it, service with a smile, good music and amazing coffee. There should be more Wishbone stores in Auckland
It’s a shame Wishbone is not advertised through out the airport. I only noticed it as I came out of security.
