β β β β β Not happy with service for a first time order. I ordered a foot long three pepper chicken sandwich and water bottle and paid $18 and some cents in total. When I opened the sandwich to eat, it turns out there was no chicken at all inside. I was very far from the shop at the time but made sure I gave the feedback in person on my way back. The reason was the staff forgot, easy as that. How would they react if I forgot to pay? Although I was offered another sandwich in return which I declined, it is a matter of principle and service I didn't receive as well as the disappointment when I wanted to eat what I actually ordered after a very long walk. Do check your sandwich before you leave the shop to avoid disappointment.

β β β β β This is the quantity they serve for their small salad. When asked, they said all other subway are doing it wrong by giving more quantity.
I donβt know who is doing it wrong or right. But I am not coming back to Subway Avondale.

β β β β β Very bad service. Today I ordered online for pick up at 6:35 and I mentioned that add extra onions and beet . I find few onions and not any single slice of beet. I also experienced with that staff . He is very slow with service.

β β β β β We ordered some platters for the reception after a funeral and got the time wrong, we rang and asked if it could be made up earlier, they were very accommodating and did this for us then helped to get the platters to our car. Thanks guys really appreciate your service. Food went down a treat
