β β β β β Ok so fully came in at closing time and the girls were ight to me fully made a custom sub as per my request so awsome as 10/10 would go back if it was the same two employees on shift

β β β β β Upon entering and walking to counter there was one person before me, I saw the sign for vaccine passport .. no problem. Got to the counter for my turn lady rudely points to sign saying loudly VACCINE PASS, hmmm ok strange was to start.... A simple can I see you vaccine pass would be sufficient. 2 of the female staff were extremely rude, the young girl on the till was lovely. Heaps of salads missing when asking of they had other items available, was told NO obviously just what you see here. NO CUCUMBER, PICKLES, RED ONION and one more item. Wasn't the best experience sadly. You need to up your game, with the amount of people visiting your town a smile goes along was for returning customers. Take the grumpy ladies off the counter too

β β β β β When a staff member says to my son aged 8 to hurry up and make a decision, while there is another family waiting.
I do not agree with the staff member as they were extremely rude and mean towards my
Son who was there to order his lunch for the afternoon.

β β β β β I suppose being a Saturday afternoon people were busy doing other things besides eating. Stopped for lunch. And was the only person inside. Nice lunch though. And was clean.

β β β β β The Chinese/Asian food attendant was very rude and disrespectful. If she is the manager, I feel bad for the other staff who works here. She is very bossy and really rude and I canβt even understand her diction and she seemed annoyed whe I asked her to repeat what she said. The other attendant was very kind and patient though, I feel for her. She should extend more patience and still respect people if they are not familiar with orders and meals. This is probably the worst experience Iβve had in any of the Subway branches. I will never go to this place again as I never wanted to feel disrespected as a customer!

β β β β β Today at around 4:30 pm I ordered a foot long with every type of meat. The two lovely ladies behind the counter at first were shocked but none the less acted professional and polite. This is a regular order for me around the country and the two staff on this evening were fantastic and produced a perfectly constructed sandwich.
Thank you both for your hard work and I hope you get to see this.
