★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY slow service. 4 staff members on at a time, only a few customers and waiting forever. Observed what staff were doing & seems like they’re in their own world. Slowest sandwich I’ve ever seen made!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. It consistantly has bad service, if the staff aren't rude they are just slow and disorganised. Even if you express order online which I have done so years apart they still can't seem to have your order ready on time. I placed my order 9.42am to pick up 12.10 and I still had to wait 10 minutes. They hadn't even started making it with over two hours up their sleeve to have it ready!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here. Frustratingly slow service. 4 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes for them to take my order. They appeared to be making what I can assume was UberEATS orders while ignoring customers that were in store in line. 2 stars because the food was actually fresh and delicious. But I was hoping for a fast food option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff (tall guy who normally greets you initially - not sure what his name is) is super lovely and friendly - main issue is how long it takes for orders. If you go in, it can take between 15-30 min as they are doing online orders but if you order online for a specific time then you still wait over 15 mins for your order which is frustrating when you’re working and only have a set time out of the office. Doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency and they don’t seem to care if people wait 20+ min. Simple things in customer service go a long way and even a “sorry for the wait” would make situations like that a better experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great eatery, always a winner if you want something fresh to eat with a great variety of either meat, chicken or vegetarian fillings. The variety of bread is really good. I have always had good interaction with the friendly staff and they all wear the proper safety gear to work on your food.
Just remember that your vaccine pass is checked before you are served.
They also have their freshly baked cookies on offer and when you buy your meal, you can have it as a single subway meal or enlarge it to a full meal which will include a drink.
Ample parking on the side and back of the building.
Will definitely reccomend it to all new and old customers to keep on supporting them during these difficult times.
Keep up the great service you provide, you are a brilliant team.
