I phoned to make an appointment and was asked to send in contact email through the website.
After doing this and no further response after two weeks I phoned again. At this time i was assured they were aware of the job and I would be contacted and it would be completed within a week.
Again no response.
I have now used A1 Pest Control who were very responsive and did a great job.
Certainly dont deserve the 5 star rating it shows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our back garden had a sudden invasion of wasps. We contacted Summit Pest Control and over the phone Adrian suggested, from our description, we had honey bees....... he was correct. Within 3 hours they had been removed to start a new hive!! Excellent service and we’re very happy. Thank you Adrian, John and Mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very pleased with the service! Adrian saved our collective sanity in the house by swiftly taking care of a sizeable mouse problem. Our property is difficult to access in areas and he went above and beyond to ensure our problem was resolved, which is very appreciated.
Good communication, and patient; I would use their services again and definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met with Adrian about borrer issue. He came and had a look explained the issue and gave me great advice which was how I could manage the issue myself saving me money. He didn't charge anything and clearly knew his stuff. Lovely honest guy. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had possums living in our roof. After calling another company which never return my call, I try Adrian's cell. Adrian was super reactive, incredibly friendly and smily. He came the next day to set up the traps. His diagnosis was perfect, possums were caught.
Won't call anyone else anymore should I have possums or pest issues again !
