★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Viv & the team to anyone. They keep on top of things and make sure the house is looked after, the tenants are happy and the rent is paid. Repair work is done promptly for a good discount. Communication is excellent, they make it no hassle at all to be a "hands off" landlord.

Her communication to me about my properties has been great and she has acted when needed to get something repaired or dealt with. You can't go wrong with Viv looking after your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in Blenheim with tales of no rental properties available. Having tried other offerings with less than stellar results, we were well received by a "can do" team that were able to confirm our tenancy easily on the day of application
We've been here for something like 3 happy years now with a better than expected service quality all the way. Our property manager Viv works proactively with the owners to make sure that everything is in top shape
When we ask around, the Summit team has the reputation of fair dealing and quality services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and judgemental. If you have a bullbreed dog dont bother applying with these guys as they will be very rude and arogent towards you with there stupid no bullbreed policy! Remember guys its not the dog thats the issue its the way the owner brings them up! Our child would be more scary than our staffy cross!!!
