★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for a wonderful Mother's Day experience! Even though the place was packed and we had booked mid afternoon the staff were immediately responsive and genuinely friendly and engaged throughout. Sheree is an ace manager who knows hospo inside out and obviously loves the industry. Our lamb, spinach, tzatziki and pinenut combo was the best pizza I have ever tasted! Eat in the simply funky indoors or under an umbrella in the green courtyard. Loved it!

Service really hit and miss, young guy was super friendly but really angry woman with short hair (didn't like wearing her mask either) kind of soured it a bit. Heard her snap at two other couples that came in also.
Probably wouldn't be back but did enjoy the pizza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for brunch so didn't get to try the from 1130 menu but there was a great choice available to you. Two of our party had the special of the day and two the bagels. We all enjoyed our meals and the staff were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic! We were a family group of 7 who went for lunch. It was very busy but the staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. We all ordered different items from the menu and we all were utterly amazed at the quality, freshness and quantity of the servings. An absolute must if you are in the Kapiti region.

We were a group of eleven, in for lunch at noon on Friday. On arrival, it was explained that as three staff were unwell, service may take a bit longer than usual. However, we were ushered into the comfortable side room where we were very happy to chat whilst our plates were prepared.
We enjoyed a choice range of delicious food from across the menu. Really appreciated the cook rustling up a delicious carrot soup special in lieu of some menu items which were unavailable, due to supply and delivery “people outages”.
We had a lovely lunch, due to wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome! Your generosity of spirit and commitment to making sure our lunch date would be a special one, in face of limited staff and delivery availability were truly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily some of the tastiest food we’ve had in ages. Loved it. Definitely worth a quick drive up from Wellington, and with Transmission Gully open, it really is quick now, and easier parking compared to the city. Good keto options too. We’ll be back!
