After attending regular sessions with Neeraj I noticed huge positive changes in the way I ate, bloating, how I managed cravings and my anxiety and stress levels. I have managed to change to a much healthier diet as I no longer have the cravings for sugar and feel mentally stronger, less emotionally reliant on food. I cannot recommend Neeraj highly enough, he is very professional and comes with a wealth of knowledge.
