β β β β β I used this post office for fingerprints. The stuff who did it for us was so kind and really quick.
It took just 20 mins for 2 people .

If you read Jonas Papet's review - when you're sending a parcel, they are required to ask what you're sending, to make sure you're not sending batteries that could explode etc. They're not prying.
FINGER PRINTING: Make sure you know EVERYTHING before traveling all that way to get your finger prints done. I didn't read the requirements for Japanese finger prints and it turns out I needed an original form from the Consulate General of Japan in Auckland city. Why would I go Manukau - City - Sunnynook - City again? Don't waste your time and DOUBE CHECK because it's not going to be the post offices fault if you're a complete dultz like me.

β β β β β A very disappointing experience. I tried to drop off boxes and the manager (owner) in a very rude and combative manner refused service. If you will not accept boxes please don't advertise as a box lobby.

β β β β β Didn't enjoy the service there, they asked me what was in their and sold me their services before weighing my parcel. Finally it was much heavier than calculated by the guy, his smile was inappropriate. I must be an exception because the all rating is pretty good. ?

β β β β β I come usually to this place for printing. In my last three visits I've been charged three different rates. The last time they just charged me an additional 2$ fee for carrying my own USB with the files. No sense!

β β β β β Every time I come to this post office and the line of customers waiting. One person at the counter? Really?
I am sure you need more staff.
The other person was doing its own thing without helping the customers waiting in line until someone asked him to help send a parcel
I will never visit this post office again
