P	PureDiscovery Rentals on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst birthday experience in the last 6 years ! We booked this place to celebrate our son's 10 year birthday. Our booking was made on the 21st Nov for 1:30pm start on the 5th Dec for 9 boys and we confirmed with them again on the 4th Dec to make sure everything in right place. When we arrvied and they told that we were already 15 mins late because our booking was for 1:15pm. We tried to explain to one of the staff that our booking was booked for 1:30pm and confirmed twice before the day, the staff refused to listen and just walked away. Another staff member came and just told us if we continue to reason with them , we would loose our place for the next race ! We feel the way we have been treated as customers is not only acceptable but also shockingly poor. We have paid $45 per child for 9 children in total hoping for a memoriable birthday experience for our son and in return we have taken home nothing but upset and anger !!!! Honestly I would have given them less than 1 star rating if google could let me proceed with the posting.

Called on 21/Nov to book 2 sessions from 1:30, then called again on the 4/Dec to confirm that. we came at 1pm to get prepared. 1:20 ask staff when can we get conducted before racing. Staff said you booking time is 1:15, you just missed. you have to wait next run. We tried arguing with him about booking time even after show staff my call history on phone been rang you twice to confirm time. staff keep blame us it's our fault. One staff even just walk away from us without any word! Then another staff came, we repeat our story again, he only said "if you keep arguing that you going to miss next run as well." How rude!!!!! No apology at all! We come here to make fun for the kids, you guys ruie our day!!!! This business really need retrain their staffs and review booking system.
m	michael moses on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make Sure the youngster is at least 140cm tall instead of what's recommended (130cm). We drove 2 1/2 hours just to be declined even though the boy was over the min height. The course is pretty basic too.
