Set him up to run on the track alone to finish out his time.
Can't thank them enough for making his experience a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were having a great time with the go karts until my son ran into a pole that is right in the middle of the track. Seems like a strange design but it was totally my son's fault for not paying attention. The team got him out and he sat for the rest of the race. We had to ask for some ice in a bag. When we finished he was in a lot of pain and showing it. The guy working there starting making fun of him and telling him to 'harden up'. Turns out after spending 3 hours in ER he had broken his collar bone. Maybe a little more padding around the pole and a little more sensitivity with injured customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this evening to try our hand at bowling and just wanted to make a little note to thank the team. We were there to witness an event play out and have to say the staff handled it professionally and efficiently to ensure the safety of everyone there.
We really hope your injured boss is on the mend and sending him and the rest of the staff lots of aroha and thoughts tonight. We are so sorry you were subject to such awful behaviour.
We were so disappointed & gutted to hear that your staff have also been subjected to abuse from customers over Covid rules. Your team are incredibly lovely, professional and kind and obviously work really hard so it was heart wrenching to hear that people have been so cruel. Keep up the amazing work guys - you’re absolute champs ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really well setup and fun little racetrack, staff are great, cars and track are brand new what more could you want? You pay for time slots so can have a go no matter your budget. Well worth having a go or even a watch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wouldn’t accept the entertainment voucher even though it is in the app which I purchased yesterday. Ended up paying for 15 minutes on the track only to get 10 minutes. Didn’t want to complain as they didn’t really care. Definitely won’t be going again. The porirua go karting is much better.
