★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop discriminates against people with health issues or disabilities who are unable to wear a mask, even with an exemption I was told I was not welcome. I scan everywhere, am double vaxed and get tested twice a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store breaches the Human Rights Commission, denying mask exemptions. They're a law unto themselves and arrogant to that fact as well. Avoid and buy out of town or online and save yourselves the trouble of giving the Adams Family Enterprises any of your hard earned coin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disrespectful people I have come across in 30+ years. Abysmal service and racist attitude towards a respectful customer who didn’t say a word and just wanted to purchase product.
Would not recommend at all. Get your alcohol outside of Mangawhai as they’re super expensive as well with limited selection.

Abused and yelled at by the woman at the counter when walking into store. A little bit of respect for another human being seems to be unheard of at this store.
The owners and people working at this store are not medical personnel and they are giving out advice that contradicts the MBIE covid guidelines. They should probably get some proper advice regarding covid-19 instead of relying on their opinion.
I didn’t know an alcohol store was also classed as a medical premise & the store personnel were all of a sudden doctors where they can make medical decisions for customers - who would’ve thought?!!
There are better stores to support in Mangawhai - please don’t waste your money here.
