β β β β β We got quoted 75 dollars on the phone for 3 people. When it arrived they said the quote was for only 1 person so we need to pay 103 dollars ( aukland airport to greenhithe) this was a pain because we had withdrawn less money and could not pay. Not a pleasant experience.

β β β β β Charged $30 to go from the domestic terminal to a hotel 900m away. Can't help but feel that the driver took advantage of a family with a young child, a number of bags and no real alternatives. Definitely excessive.

β β β β β My fiancΓ© had used super shuttle on Thursday evening, going to her hotel. Due to some road works the driver told my fiancΓ© sheβs to walk the rest of the journey at 8/9pm.
She was with our newborn baby and over 65kg of luggage (x3 suitcases/x3bags) dropped in the night in an unknown city. Thereβs no way she would have made the journey alone. Not a chance.(over 10 minute walk)
Luckily some good people had offered to help her. If something would have happened to my small family. Iβll have you know there would have been serious consequences
Why didnβt the driver just take another route. Infuriated by the lack of care

β β β β β No idea why it's only got 1.7 stars...For my case it's completely amazing. I've been using Super Shuttle for years. Recently I went for a holiday to Wellington, depart from Auckland. Both driver (Auckland and Wellington super shuttle) they're all professional, on time, and driving smoothly. Also customer service that I called was helpful! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

β β β β β I had a great experience today with a shuttle from Mission Bay to the airport. My driver was super friendly and even put my bike inside the van because he was concerned about it being in the trailer. Communication was great as well, received an email confirmation and 2 hours before my shuttle they called to say that it was going to be 5 mins earlier. I was concerned when I read the reviews here thatβs why I came back to write a positive one

β β β β β Outstanding service. First time user, booked weeks in advance - arrived at exactly the time it was supposed to and it got us to the airport in record time.
The driver was friendly and helpful and this really was the most streamlined and hassle free part of our trip. Also loved the driver tracking feature as it allowed us to be ready to go.
Highly recommended, will absolutely use their services again without hesitation. Thank you!

Super happy and half as expensive as cab. Will be my new go to!
