★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update to review 4/1/22 - about a year after the below review, and a massive contrast in the service provided. All the advertising in front of the store, in store and on the product all said "we'll fit it for you", I then ask for the product to be fitted and no, I'm told no one is available. This despite the store not being busy (and there seemingly being staff around who could've done it). Don't advertise this service if you can't do it. Disappointed.
Very friendly and helpful, they know what they’re doing and have a good range of products. They even offer a fitting service for a small fee for products purchased from there (like windscreen wipers).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager doesn't know how manage time. Instead she doing retail showing people things when there a person at desk waiting for her approval for refund. Everyone waiting on her. She only one so maybe delegate to sales people instead making person wait and hold up the line

Free used oil collection point makes this a great stop for any hobbyist looking to bot spend an exorbitant fee trying to dispose of their used oil. The only grievance I have is the layout of the entrance and exit as it is a bit annoying to navigate if you leave the store without buying anything. Having a separate parts counter makes it easy to get what you need and not hold anyone else up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent store, decent stock available and variety. Service has been well received with custom parts orders and an online return going as smooth as they could go. Plenty of parking available, however, I do find it a fair squeeze to get in and out.
