★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I My experience is not good they have no responsibility and they don’t have . My pick up time is a 7 :00pm . I come to pick up my order and they say come after 15 minutes and i come after 20 mint . And then laddie on reception say she need another 5 minutes to pack my Oder at 7:58 . . I get my order almost after 1 hr . So whoever coming come to pick a Oder come after 1hr . That’s my experience

The food is delicious and it hits all the right spots in my belly ? customer service is so ? have only been there once but I'm ordering food again today . Its best to ring and order that way you're not waiting at the shop as it takes about 20mins for them to prepare your order so you know it's so fresh . Try the cheese Na

Lamb biryani had a lot of flavor and a good amount of tender lamb in it.
Naan breads were very nice aswell.
Tikki channa chat had a lot of flavor and was something different for me but I like it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good customer service experience. Waiting time was lengthy. NOf course they r busy as not much options r available after 9pm. But that is non of my concerns. So, was a bad experience. The girl who was at the customer service is so busy seemed to be with orders and all. So that is not her bad. But their lunch special is cheap. But the same doesn't offer the soft drink after 2 or 3pm. pick up time for me was 9.35pm on the day I wrote this review. I visited there 9.15pm. Then I was rightly said the time is not up. Then when I went at 9.40pm, still wasn't ready. When I got it, it was nearly 9.55pm. who would feel like shopping again?? Dnt have street parking but they have a separate parking slots which seemed to be allocated for the shopping complex (shops).
