Their knowledge of the market , was what we expected/received We were kept informed of the process , and updates on a regular continual basis . No hidden costs , knowledge driven recommendations on the marketing . Most impressed and would go with them again , if we are selling or buying .

Selling our family home of 29 years was a daunting prospect but the professionalism, knowledge and experience shown by Susa and her team was exceptional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suspect many buyers dont feel impelled to congratulate or celebrate the vendors agent. Certainly I have never felt the desire to before. But as a buyer I was so impressed with the experience of dealing with Susa that it would be remiss of me not to express that. Susa was incredibly easy to deal with because of the clear values she lives and breathes - honesty, integrity, care and responsibility. It was clear she had the very best interests of her vendor at heart, as she should. But at no stage did we feel less than respected or valued. She has great instincts, is a straight talker (rare in an agent) but also has a warmth that enables you to trust her very quickly. It was the first buying experience that didnt feel stressful or inauthentic. As long as we remain in Nelson, Susa will be my first port of call for all things real estate and the only name I use if recommending to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As prospective purchasers of a property, we dealt with Susa on multiple occasions and found her to be absolutely professional, upfront and honest. In a word, authentic. Over the course of 9 months of attempting to enter the difficult Nelson market and after multiple failed offers, we have dealt with almost every company out there (and we have finally been successful), but during the course of our search we never came across an agent as genuine as the first one we dealt with (Susa). When it comes time to sell, it will be an easy decision of who to call!
