★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not reccomend this sushi place. Yesterday on the 2nd of January 2019. This place was the only sushi open in Okara and was quite busy. The food way look lovely and well presented but it was the worst sushi I have had in a good while. I wish i knew this before spending $30 for two people ! I will never go back and would highly reccomend the sushi place around the corner of you have the option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite sushi spot in Whangarei. I love that they are always well stocked with my favorite flavours. I also appreciate that their cabinet is well chilled, especially over the Summer months and I think it's because of this, that you very rarely see flies inside there, unlike other sushi shops around. They did some catering for me recently too, which was simple and easy to order and was all packed beautifully and ready to go at the correct pick up time and date. Their customer service is consistently friendly and great car parking access outside is also a plus. Thank you team Sushi Republic - keep up the good mahi ❤??
