★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $100 for sunnies claiming to be for surfers and boaties etc. after 2-3 time wearing the screws came loose and they lost tightness
When ask for refund i was given every excuse under the sun why it was my problem and only my opinion. Absolutely intent not to help me in anyway. Even though i shop there weekly and most of my attire is from their shop.
Shocking.
My rights are clear. They do not meet suggested use. Everything the glasses states they do they dont do
Not only that, but tell me to go to optometrist and get them repaired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been shopping at this store for about 5 years I love the brands that they stock and always find too many things that I want to buy. The sale rack at the back of the shop is awesome! and caters well for birthday and Xmas presents. For the most part I’ve had really great service from the staff but as to be expected ted in retail it’s not always perfect. I shop here frequently and will continue to do so. My only one complaint is that they don’t have an online store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to admit, got a good deal with my $50 gift voucher but if I didn’t ask what I could do with it I would have not gotten anything. The customer service was pretty piss poor in all honesty, 5th Jan around 3pm but still happy as with what I got, just have to look for what you want don’t ask staff you will find more, cheers for the good quality products though ?
