I was on the verge of burnout, working every evening and most weekends, regularly on my laptop until 2am, trying to juggle 3 young children, a business and a household, while supporting an equally hard-working and stressed out husband. I was at risk of giving up on a career which I feel so passionate about, as it all seemed too hard to blend with family life. I felt exhausted, guilty and resentful, whilst high on adrenalin and the buzz of helping clients to transform their health, to the detriment of my own.
Sarah helped me to focus on the big things - targeting ideal clients instead of trying to help anyone and everyone; taking control of my diary and setting an achievable weekly workload; streamlining my ways of working and reducing the many hours spent on repetitive tasks; the art of delegation; having the confidence to charge appropriately for my time; and much more.
I feel like I am finally running my business instead of simply fire fighting and letting work dominate my every waking hour. I am making time for my family, friends and myself, while still delivering the high quality of service that I pride myself on. Life will always be busy, but thanks to Sarah, I feel that I have taken a giant leap closer to the ever elusive 'work-life balance' which I was so determined to achieve. I will be forever grateful and would highly recommend Sarah's services.
