★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly Shareyl is excellent and I highly recommend her. However the business is not so well run. They confirmed my appointment three times and noted that I needed to bring a vaccine passport. I get there 15 minutes early as requested, I wait for 25 minutes thinking they might be running late, challenges with covid etc. Finally, I go around the back only to run into the owner who had driven past me in his car park earlier and seen me waiting. He hadn't bothered to let me know, just left me there, and when I asked why my appointment had been confirmed if it was canceled he said ''that is just the online booking system and we are frustrated by covid too". Condescending and disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my personal experience I really enjoyed this place, the service and the massage were great, we also got some products to help us relax, I don't remember the name of my therapist but it was a guy from India, great skills and knowledge I really felt relaxed after my session.
Good prizes and deals.
I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before trying acupuncture I had really bad fatigue for 5 years, neck shoulder and back tightness for 5 years, frequent Lower Back Pain: esp L side, breathing trouble/asthma, shaking hands, more severe R hand, Hemorrhoids, insomnia, poor digestion, usual constipation for 5 years, more severe recently for 2 weeks without anything out, extremely hot all the time even in winter, abnormal sweating for 6 years, stomach bloating, want to defecate but cannot, period heavy and painful, clots, dark red, before period breast tenderness, 28-38 days between 2 periods, 7-10 days each period, dizziness, headaches L side more frequent, painful abdomen, whole body ache, itchy skin, eczema, breakouts of pimples on my face.
Jing Jing (Joy) Chen offered to balance my organs and I jumped at the chance! I didn’t feel any pain just a strange tingly sensation as the needles were inserted then I didn’t feel a thing. While the needles were in I rested and I didn’t feel any different but as soon as the needles were removed I immediately felt the difference!! Once the needles were removed I fell asleep instantly and remained asleep for a full 8hours for the first time in what feels like forever! The next morning I woke up and felt the need to defecate, usually I try and nothing passes but to my surprise I was able to defecate and I felt so much better. I texted Jing Jing (Joy) Chen to let her know and to thank her for helping me out!!
Overall I think acupuncture from Jing Jing (Joy) is amazing and everyone should get in contact with her to give it a try! It was a major success and I will definitely be saving up to reap the benefits as often as I can ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend Kris as a real professional in what he does. He is accurate, knows every muscle and to the point with the pressure, also checks in regularly with the client during the session. Also, no small talk during the massage (unless you start it yourself) so you can actually relax and focus on the sensation. Brilliant.
The neck treatment he did at the end of the session was perfect and left me feeling blessed and renewed. Thanks Kris, sending my partner to you now :)
