★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible people and customer harming policies. Won’t change a lesson for any reason and will still charge you $15 for it. I called 8 times during office hours without getting an answer, and the people who work there just seem like miserable, unhelpful droids. They actually said that the reason I couldn’t change my sons swimmin lesson, which I had to do because I had to cover a shift, was BECAUSE OF THE WORK! Yep, they were happy to charge me $15 for a lesson I could attend and refused to reschedule it, because of the admin work. Lazy droids. Will be finishing lessons after this term for the above reasons and will travel further to avoid these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my kids swimming here but they just kept them at the same level for over a year to the point the kids got bored. Different teacher every week and don't give parents any feedback as to how to help your kids improve. Other parents have had the same poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using the hydro pool for rehabilitation. Area seems very clean and staff are friendly. Parking easy weekdays just post lunchtime - 2hrs free. Perfect. Only thing I would like to see more of is private showers for post work out clean up. There are rinsing ones, but not really suitable for using body wash etc.
