★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0920hrs - 1047hrs was the lenght of time @ Centre, actual appt time was 0930hrs, next time I will ring ahead for a heads up on how appts are going & if my appt is on track or put back/ delayed. Sorry Team for that, 1star rating!!!!
