★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I could not recommend Trent for any work, I have another larger concreting job to do and will be seeking someone more professional. The length of delay from the start of the job till completion (June till October for a small concrete pad), the poor communication often not responding to phone, text or email messages, the need for me to threaten legal action to get him to complete it, though I paid regularly. He had to return to fix the concrete as the initial pad had water pooling at the side of the house, where he dug a small trench to catch it, completely bypassing the existing drain. Then when it is finally completed he sends an invoice on a wednesday and demands payment for an "overdue'' invoice on the Friday making up 'terms' that weren't noted on the email invoice or in our discussions. Very dissappointed.
