★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely decor and a fun experience. I love the comfy seats, much appreciated. The food was ok, and I appreciate the care to cater to dietary restrictions. My challenge with the food was that quite a few were quite spicy and I did not expect that. The service was very slow and we waited 35 mins for water and 55 mins for our tea. They were short staffed they explained. You also have to take a scan card and go on quite the treck for the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Welly on holiday, googled to find this ?? gem just around the corner. Went there, fully booked, pleaded the staff to accommodate us, they called back in an hour, so glad we made it. Interior tastefully done, amazing atmosphere, attentive staff and generous portions - Sri Lankan hospitality to the core. We ordered savoury, sweet and breakfast tea - food so yum and tea so smooth - Sri Lankan flavours to the core.
Home away from home and fusion makes it universal. A happy place that everyone deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here many times for their high tea, which is really tasty! The food items are much more interesting and tasty than the traditional sandwiches/scones you may find at other high teas. The crepes and waffles on the a la carte menu are also delicious.

Must say that the customer service is top notch every single one of them exceeded our expectations even when it's fully booked and they are obviously pretty busy. Yet to try the high tea, probably what's next when I visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and tea is always incredibly unique and flavourful. Wait staff tend to be very patient and polite despite sometimes appearing quite stressed, which I always appreciate. Definitely worth asking the wait staff for suggestions on what to get, as they don’t just say whatever they first think of and instead recommend things based off the sorts of flavours/dishes you like. Pricing is also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to try something slightly out of the box! Nothing else like this in Wellington :)
