β β β β β Good place to go while enjoy time with my friends. Their service was absolutely fantastic with prompt response and quick top-up of side dishes. The marinated pork was amazing and the amount was reasonable. We will go back again next time when we crave for some authentic Korean bbq. Cheers.

β β β β β Food is tasty as always but the Manager who's the only person serving behaved like he didn't want to be there. No greeting, grumpy, what a put off it was.

β β β β β For non-Koreans that really want to get a taste of Korean Ribs BBQ, then this isn't the place. When I went with my family the meat was chewy and was not marinated enough. You could tell that the meat wasn't the best quality as we literally could not chew the meat closer to the bone - which really is the best part about Korean ribs. Price was pretty on the high end and the food just did not match the price.
The cold noodles were pretty good considering it was a cheap set Menu.
Servers were very polite but the food really wasn't too good for the price.

Was quick and provided adequate service.

β β β β β Waited nearly an hour for a simple meal of bulgogi and bibimbab. Nothing complicated. Several other groups of people came well after we arrived and were served before us and had additional dishes brought to their table while we waited. And waited. No communication from staff in regard the wait time. Left without ever getting our food. Very disappointing. Will not return.

β β β β β This place was our regular but our last trip was so disappointing as we're told that their kimchi is limited to 2 refill servings only regardless of the portions ordered, worse yet the single small lettuce portion given is non refillable at all!. That day we ordered 3 BBQ sets but was told so as mentioned above and in addition, the portions were small for the price charged. For sure, we will be going to another better korean bbq which doesn't have such practises and poor customer service. Sadly, this regular place will be struck out from our favorites.
