★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good if the right receptionists is on. I had good experience the other day when the receptionists took the late payment off without me asking as she knew that wasn't my fault. That was cool!! However, the other receptionist that I went through originally, did not disclose this information and that's why I give a 2. This receptionist needs yo be retrained as she does not follow up with the customer. I don't particularly want to be ripped off.
