★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful beach right in the middle of Takapuna city. Plenty of Accommodation and a great camping ground right at the end of the beach, bars and Cafes. A safe beach for swimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome spot for a walk with ice cream or coffee. Beautiful views and the cliff makes a great spot for taking photos.
Can use this area as the start for the Takapuna to Milford walk depending on the tides.
Also has public toilets, rubbish bins and a world class all ages all abilities playground.
Check water quality if going for a swim would be the only caution.

Outstanding views, plenty of green grass and trees and a nearby playground
Vary close to the parking area and a stroll to takapuna shopping area
Walking down is the lovely Takapuna Beach which is another great place to relax and maybe having a dip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really stunning beach. Just a few minutes from the city, with a lovely cafe and ice cream shop. Very dog friendly, big park for kids and a perfect beach for relaxing, swimming or whatever. Can get crowded at peak times but even then there’s normally plenty of room.
