Talent staff are professional, well communicative and prompt towards their responsibilities. I also liked their interaction portal "engage" which connects both ends of the business really well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gayatri is the best recruiter at Talent International Auckland that I have ever met! She provided me with resources that helped gain a greater insight into the area I wanted to go into. Which in turn made the interview easier as I knew a lot about the job I was applying for. When you work with Gayatri she makes it easy for you to communicate with her and she only puts you forward for roles you are suitable for. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get into IT jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talent International came as blessing in disguise for me. Even being a recent graduate with little experience in New Zealand, I was provided an opportunity to work with one of the biggest company in New Zealand.
I din't even mind working on a fixed term contract with them as the short listing and interviewing process was smooth. Proper feedback and support was provided at each step. I was kept up to date and they pro actively extended my contract as the company's requirement changed.
I would love to work with them again. Hopefully a new contract is on its way.

They are highly professional, customer oriented Recruitment Company with crystal clear policies. From my experience, Auckland staff (Kara Smith and David McLachlan) are very approachable and reliable people. They kept me well informed about the recruitment progress, and had answers to all my queries and concerns.
Talent International are liaised with the technology solutions (online portal for time sheets, payslips, e-documents etc) which is very helpful to both – Employers and Employees.
I would highly recommend them to whoever needs a professional Recruitment solution.

Speaking about Talent International Auckland, things that come into my mind would be
Excellent customer focused culture and doing a good job of driving innovation, strong leadership and an ethical organization.
They put you in quality positions; they are very well organized; paychecks are always on-time; disputes are handled quickly and efficiently.
I have worked with many other contracting Companies but i believe Talent International (Auckland) has outrun others in this race.
