Would recommend to sports people particularly as there is specialist expertise available at Urban Athlete. A particular mention to Darren - thank you for all your treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darren and his team took great care of me. The time was taken to identify the cause of my pain and put a plan in place. Good follow up helped me stay on track until my arm and shoulder were back to full mobility. Not to mention the lovely space they work in. I cannot recommend more highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best physiotherapists I've ever been to. I appreciate that they take the time to explain everything to you, and that they focus on dealing with the root cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. I also really like that they provide you with a list of all the exercises you need to do (I have a terrible memory) with helpful videos and descriptions so you feel more confident that you are doing it right. Their evening seminars are really helpful as well. I would recommend Urban Athlete above anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Clinic! I have been to my fair share of Physiotherapists and nothing compares to the service I receive at Urban Athlete. Shane really knows his stuff and had me ready to run my ultra marathon pain free. Reception staff are always so lovely and welcoming too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a session with Matt to discuss a tricky ankle injury. Matt completely understands that some people need to do exercise and works to make recommendations on what you can/cannot do. He’s super knowledgeable, very friendly and I highly recommend him if you are in need of a good physio!
