★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joining a Taoist Tai Chi class can be life-changing. Whatever your age, the benefits are enormous. It is one of the best decisions I made, many years ago when I moved from the UK to Nelson. As well as benefitting my health immeasurably, it has enabled me to make so many positive social connections.
