★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a caravan September 2018 from Paula. No problems with the purchase procedure. We have had 18 issues with the caravan Swift 580 Eccles since. The major problem being a water leak in the shower that took 5 months and 8 visits to repair. We are now left with damage to the panelling. The company has no solution to fix this. All acrylic windows required replacing due to scratching. Battery required replacement. We would not recommend these vans for permanent living. They're too light and fragile. The follow up was terrible. Paula lost interest as she had sold the business. Vern, new owner has been good but didn't really want to know about it. Overall a very bad purchase and follow up experince. Causing a great deal of stress and anxiety.

With all the hassles of doing business during COVID-19 he was awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending Nelson Caravans.

From our first meeting to picking up the Caravan , this company were the Biz., nothing was too much bother from Vern and his team. Plus he gave us a very good price buying the caravan
