★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend this company IF—you want your instructions about coordinating the work with other trades to be ignored, colorsteel roofing to be scratched through to the metal with a grinder, outside units to be installed in a different location to where you expected, piping to protrude through the roof on ungainly stalks, and deal with a belligerent company owner who denies the arrangements he has made even when it's in writing in his own company’s emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have leaking bar chiller and asked for services. Thought they used to services the fridge in here well but definitely wrong. Firstly they told me around couple hundred for that, I called to check but they confirm not that much , just around 80 bucks as only for one hour. But finallly ,I got a bill 170 for 15 minutes fixing the bar chiller and the bar chiller still LEAKING after services. We called to complain but seem the owner doesnt care much so be careful to use them as they are over priced and very bad services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taranaki Refrigeration have been servicing our equipment for over 4 years. All good, until this year when one of their guys installed a thermostat in a wrong manner causing all our refrigerated products to go off. Of course we informed Taranaki Refrigeration about this. They send another guy who solved the problem. All good, until the invoice landed on my desk. The fact that we suffered a loss of at least $ 100 due to product loss, was not taken into account at all. Since no one ever reacted to our email, we sent another one. The reaction of the director was weird. I had to be happy that they did not charge me for the second visit! Yeah right! Tried today to explain why I am not happy but the talkative director kept interrupting and the end result is that I will go somewhere else. Summary: nice guys when everything goes Ok. The way they deal with issues is defintely not Ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our display chiller broke down, which is quite serious for a cafe. They said there is a long que as a lot of places had problems being summer but they did come in the same day and got it up and running again. Very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and product, had a 10.3kw Fujitsu heat pump installed in large open plan area. Has made a huge difference. They are accredited installers for Fujitsu, so comes with a 6 year warranty, and was the best price in Taranaki.
The Team done an awesome job installing units inside and out.
Couldn't ask for any better.
