★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incorrect photos on website. Was very cold on arrival as windows were open on 3 degree evening. Very thin bedding so asked for multiple blankets. Did not have fridge as description said. Paper thin walls. Dirty bathrooms. Left a night early and stayed in a lovely Airbnb for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 3 nights in a family unit. It had 2 bunk beds, one of which had a double bed.
The good: reusable towels, lots of parking.
The not so good:
1) the room was shockingly small. Oddly, a table, 4 chairs and a cupboard without shelves took up premium space which would have been bettered served with some proper storage space. The reality is there wasn't even space to use the table so I'm not sure why it was there.
2) there were no openable windows in the unit so we were left uncomfortably hot at night. We had to leave the door open and hope no one came in.
3) the playground was dirty. Rubbish in the slide looked like it had been there for awhile.
4) Far from the CBD and water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much a family holiday park. Very noisy, kids screaming constantly. Room was fairly modern and clean, but wasn't ready until 2.30, even though they asked what time I'd be arriving. Nice enough staff, cleaners were friendly. Definitely cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awesome place for the family. Swimming pool, playground, extra large chess board and pool table outside, games room, tv room, kitchens, laundry. You can hire go cart bikes. Some rooms have their own shower and toilet, bunk beds some are double bunks. Good customer service. Close to everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great campground in a great location to get around the city. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us park the caravan there on our check out day so we could explore city longer. Top notch facilities. Very clean. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a Cozy Cabin for 3 days due to a family member being in hospital. It was 2 bedrooms and well equipped for one adult and 2 children. The "double bedroom" would have been very very cozy for 2 people! It was very clean however and we would stay again in similar circumstances.
My children loved the pool, playground and bouncing pillow. The games room was a bit disappointing. 3/6 games were gun games. 1/6 was broken. The candy section on the claw machine was nearly empty.
The staff were very helpful on several matters including when my son was injured. However, I do think it's problematic to have a staff member with a mask exemption. Surely a desk job worker could wear one when interacting with guests. I found that really off putting to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly great park. The start was a bit rocky when we made the booking, but I could put it down om the changeover from been a Top 10 Park to an new franchise. The park is clean, well laid out with enough different staying options. We lived in one of the cottages and it was clean, well equipped and we did not lack anything. For the kids, there's load of stuff for them, a games room, TV lounge, a couple of play parks, pedal go carts, a heated swimming pool with a slide and plenty of open space for them to ride their scooters and/or bikes. The favourite is definitely the pool?.
We will be a happy returning customer.
