β β β β β Horrible experience. We recently ordered Lamb curry and was given Chicken, called then straight away however they advised they were closing up but advised that if i came next time he will give me free order. Called today to place the order and was told i had to pay! Told him i had already spoken to him and he advised me this! Has no understanding of customer service and blames us for not coming into return the food ( when he said on phone he was closing up) honestly im applauded at his service and manner. This isnt the 1st time we had bad experience, on 2 occasions we found hair in food.
Wouldnt recommend, there are better Malaysian food places with better quality food and price.
The guy needs to learn manners and how to speak to customers. Will be Reporting business for food safety , cooking area is disgusting and looks like it hasnt been cleaned. In the middle of cooking he will service customers and go back to cooking
/ making roti without sanitising or cleaning his hands .

β β β β β Yummy food, they are located within the Cavendish food Hall, don't look for a sign outside! Not too sure about cleanliness though.

β β β β β I simply adore the chicken curry with roti canai from Taste Of Malaysia in Food Junction Manukau. Itβs the best roti canai I have tried and the curry is always flavoured to preferred spiciness. I love dipping the bread into the very spicy flavoursome curry as itβs so delicious.
The owner is always so happy and cheerful and itβs always interesting watching him make the roti fresh with tossing the dough in the air to aerate and stretch out the bread to make it light and flaky. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Very disappointed. Prices that were charged are not reflected with their on display menu prices. The owner indicated price hikes etc which I understand but this should be officially recorded by displaying the accurate prices rather than finding out on the till. Food is expensive and not value for money, heavy on noodles and very light on meat/seafood. Hokkien mee bland and not authentic. Mee goreng is very average. Ordered lamb curry which they happily changed it to mutton curry but still charged premium lamb prices.
Overall not impressed and will not return. Much better options in Auckland for what you get.

Ordered the chicken curry with roti canai.
I got 2 small chicken chunks. One was mostly bone. The roti was old and reheated. Not the usual flaky canai. Called them to rectify issue and they hung up one me.
Wouldnβt order again.
