★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really busy when we called in. Great array of fresh fruit and vegetables, but the greatest treat are the real fruit ice creams - smooth, creamy, fruity and no yucky bits of ice. Lovely to eat them in the shady corner outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, these guys have fallen short for us this year. Fruit that we have bought over the summer unfortunately rot after a day of being home, stone fruit. And that's not the kind of reputation you want to have!!
We gave the shop a miss for 2 months to come back to it today in hope's there's been a change, sadly we were let down again this time with the dry juiceless mandarins.
The apples are ok because we know that have had a good crop and no need to keep them in the chiller like they had done with so many varieties of fruit since November.
The fruit ice creams are good, coz well theres potential in their rotting fruit.
Guys, if you are going to sell us a cheap way out of fruit at least be honest and reduce your prices!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fruit selection, prices may be a bit high. Very nice fruit ice-cream however the 3% surcharge on the use of credit card is too high as the business should be absorbing some of this cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not far out of Napier just before you turn onto the Napier- Taupo highway.
Good selection of really fresh apples and fejoas.
But the best part is the Real Fruit Ice Creams. A meal in themselves you must stop here before taking on a long drive to anywhere.
Only wish they were closer to Auckland so I could visit weekly.
