β β β β β I have used A Taste of Orient for takeaways for about 18 months - for pot luck community suppers and for dinner after long days at work. Piping hot food, tasty dishes and great value for money and always a friendly nod or smile. When you can pay a lot more for less quality, it is good to have a local takeaway that makes consistently good food.

β β β β β Tasted like pure garbage. Everything was dry, too much salt, no flavour, the ingredients seemed old. 10/10 wouldn't recommend to anybody except those that have lost their ability to taste from Covid.

Went for the chicken nibbles and chips.
I asked to add chilli powder on the chicken nibbles and it was so good, definitely having the chicken nibbles sprinkled with chilli powder from now on.
Satisfied my cravings, thank you.

β β β β β Really clean kitchen and it is run by husband (chef) and wife. I tried their 9th dish on the menu : 3 in 1 Mixed
Chicken Fried Rice, Combination Chow Mein (Pork & Beef), Egg Foo Young . Perfectly cooked juicy and taste with good quantity of crunchy vegetables (carrot, onion, broccoli, cauliflower). The chef cooks simultaneously 3 dishes on 3 woks and he is an artist with precision the way he adds spice to food. The best part is food wasn't oily, taste, good quantity, generous amount of meat and even after eating more than half of the meal doesn't feel too heavy on the stomach as it is not oily. Great customer service. Will return back to try rest of the menu.

β β β β β Tasty Canteen opened about 2 months ago, we received a menu in our letterbox so decided to give it a try. Best Chinese food weβve had in Henderson! We had chicken fried rice, sweet box & wonton noodle soup. All of it was lovely & fresh with great sized portions! Thanks so much, we will be back again! :)
