★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never experienced anything quite this bad in any hospital elsewhere in NZ. Went with my 2 years old daughter in emergency department of this hospital. My baby was suffering from severe flu and fever and after waiting for more than 4 hours and no more patients in queue, when we checked with doctor, he told us that he is busy in office and will take some more time to see the baby. My baby was getting tired after this long wait and so we came back home without seeing the doctor. The hospital should consider that if one is getting the baby in emergency this long hours of wait and no treatment for babies is not acceptable. I am sure doctors can do much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Taumarunui Hospital is fantastic. Even though they are run off their feet all the time, the kind fantastic staff are always smiling and caring. Our hospital is not huge but it has huge heart's working within it's doors. A huge thankyou to all our Hospital staff. ????
