★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a spare key for our 1996 Toyota Hiace in Rotorua. The day we were in Taupo the key got stuck in the ignition lock so we headed to this place. The gentleman helped us to get the key out and fixed the new key. Didn’t even charge and wished us all the best for the rest of our trip. Such a kindness...thanks so much. Very much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloody good help car was stuck at pak n save and the older man that works there helped with as much as he could. cut a key and didnt charge as he wasn't to happy with it then. Helped us get the lock code and everything and made one that did the job perfect! So much stress relieved we hope you enjoy your chocolates thank you so much! Highly recommend them!

Great staff nice and friendly and the workmanship is spot on! Keep up the great work guys I will definitely be recommending Taupo Locksmiths in the future. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly terrible experience. First contact involved ringing -advised to email- did so twice over several days with no response. Rang again- organised the work - given a time for the work to be done. Waited for the arrival of locksmith who did not come and had no intent to come that day I later discovered after I rang to ascertain the situation. Advised to text when I could next meet at job site and to give a day’s warning. I texted giving 3 days notice. Text unanswered after 24 hours and follow up call revealed incorrect advice had been given as to a day’s notice. No apology, unfriendly. Would not recommend anything at all about this business. Wasted weeks of timeframe and hours of my time.
