★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 2018 Holden Astra in to Taupo Ebbett motors for service in February 2021 two months later oil light flashing on dashboard had look at dipstick was only just wee bit of oil on end of dipstick took car back to Ebbett Holden they had a look to find they hadn't put fresh lot of oil into motor.Very disappointed & not conferdent about taking my car there anymore, and they gave my car a ratshit clean came back with smear marks not vacumed or wash...Shame on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute horrible experience with this company. We own a Holden and had a computer issue that needed urgent attention. We did not receive any communication in the time our Holden was in the shop (9 days and counting). They were very quick to dismiss our concerns initially that something was wrong with our car and let us take it away from the workshop twice and the problem was still evident. We were constantly ringing them to get updates and no parts were being ordered. Very slow to process even though they said our car was priority. Very poor standard of service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my car for a repair on 18 Jan 2022 for a workshop job (that required no road test). When I picked it up there was 16litres of fuel less in the car. This does question the integrity of Ebbett Taupo when you trust your vehicle with them.
