★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried numerous dealers then decided to go with Taylor Made motors as Malcolm (their sales guy) was a lot more informative about the Mazda CX5 I was looking to purchase. He was also proactive, not pushy, to deal with. I got a competitive price and the car was well groomed when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend them as a top, honest dealer to use.

Get a mechanical inspection done by third party

Communication about the vehicle being available and some follow-up work was excellent. After sales support was excellent, and they sourced us a second smart key and fixed the band expander when it wasn't working without any hesitation. Would recommend Malcolm and the team.

We received a handy reminder that our WOF was due and after a horrendous experience and complete lack of service at VTNZ with our other vehicle we decided to give them a go.
Our vehicles were both inspected in about the same time as I was forced to wait at VTNZ and having to leave without inspection being done due to work commitments.
Our older vehicle required some work to bring it up to WOF standard and the team at Taylormade completed the work in a very timely manner with the repairs costing less than I had expected.
I highly recommend this company and would give more stars for this review but unfortunately 5 is the limit.
