β β β β β Shaun at SGB is a very easy going guy who provides you honest and relevant information when searching for your next car. He certainly makes sure you are getting the vehicle that is right for you. I have now purchased two cars from SGB Motors. One 18 months ago, the other 6 months ago. I was very happy with the competitive price I paid for them and they continue to hold their value. They were both fitted with new stereos and reversing cameras by Shaun. Both have been excellent performers and I have had no mechanical issues from either. I highly recommend purchasing a car from SGB Motors.

β β β β β Disappointed that SGB doesn't honour their warranties. Supposedly 6 months, but after a mere 3500kms would not even contribute towards a broken rear shock absorber. Shaun even said that "We are not a charity we are here to make a profit". when asked to pay.
I recommend others to buy elsewhere.

β β β β β I bought my wee swift through Shaun a couple of weeks ago. Due to living in Queenstown I bought her unseen & hoped from way Shaun communicated that he could be trusted. From the first e-mail to the final hand over in Dunedin he was phenomenal to deal with. This included e-mails backwards & forwards when he had other interest as I was selling my car at the same time to keep me in the loop. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and wouldnβt hesitate to deal with him again in the future. Perfect Service !!

β β β β β My son had been looking for a Toyota Crown Majesta for awhile and SGB Motors had one arriving from Japan. We decided to go through the process of securing the vehicle prior to it arriving in Dunedin. Shaun did a fabulous job communicating everything to us when it arrived in his possession, He ran through everything and was very clear on its condition and how long it would take to be ready for us to collect. Shaun guided my son through the purchase agreement and recommended a mechanical warranty.
We felt comfortable all the way through the process and my son is happy as now as all 18 year old lads do with a new car.
We would have no hesitation on recommending SGB Motors to other potential vehicle buyers.

The car was check by a mechanic and was in very tidy condition. The car was ready for me in few a days in great condition. I can highly recommend the company to all. A company offering great conditions cars for a reasonable price.
