★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes Taylors you love shoes but you don't even appreciate customers. You missed out on a sale...
I ended up going back to Taylor's Richmond the next day as I was intrigued to see if I had jumped the gun with my review and I'm happy to say I did. The ladies were very helpful and I ended with some really comfortable shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful - complete lack of service from a disinterested assistant who was more interested in carrying on her conversation with her fellow employee in an otherwise empty shop. I stated I wanted dressy shoes to go to a wedding but didn't want very high heels - was shown one pair of sandals and one very high heeled pair of shoes and that was it! I hadn't even mentioned colour or style. A whole shop full of shoes and I was shown 2 pairs and then advised to go to Hannahs as they "had lots of new stock in". Instead I went to Tango across the road and not only got a great pair of shoes for $249 but received amazing service from a clearly talented assistant who was very enthusiastic about giving excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality footwear is available at this shop, and the staff are helpful. It’s not a shop for price-sensitive or budget shoppers. Many of the shoes are “comfort fit”, and an attractive comfortable shoe is worth paying for.
