★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the Doctors & Staff are easy to deal with and very professional.
Yes they often run behind time. But that's perfectly understandable with each patient having different needs. Happy to wait my turn in their comfortable waiting room. Wouldn't be any practices around Nelson that can manage to run on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with back and rib injuries doctor told me that she would get fired if she sent me for an xray
So I went off work for two weeks but the center never sent any info to acc so I had to print it off scan and send back whilst injured...
Then went back total of four times different doctor each time total cost 200 dollars.
Finally I get referred for an xray but again the practice never sent it through to radiology....
It has now been 7 weeks off work and nothing done at all.
I do not recommend this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this centre 3 times, and every time they are late about half an hour and then I get rushed through in under 5 minutes. No matter what I go for, they just want to get me out the door. I don't feel listened to or cared for in the least. I was supposed to be referred to the hospital for testing, but I don't think the doctor even did that as I haven't heard from them in almost a month (I was told a week). They didn't even care to help with the pain in the meantime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having heart palpitations so visited a female doctor thats not my doctor. Had to wait 10days for ECG. Now I can't seem to get my results. I rung for them but the nurse gave results to the Doctor and doctor still hasn't contacted me. It will be 5 days tomorrow. I really would like to know if I have an issue that needs further investigation. Pretty poor when fees are so high and I had to pay for the ECG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never the same doctor twice, always having to explain the same things on repeat because of the staff turn over here...The receptionists were so rude to me on the phone that I instead made my partner call - and she got the same treatment I did. The one thing we asked, one thing, was that they got the GP to sign my repeat before they went on holiday in 3 days time. This was much too hard and instead it didn't get done and I was left high and dry without my medication and having to pay "emergency prescription" fees at the pharmacist to make up for the total incompetency of the team at RHC. To make things worse the nasty receptionist then called me and harassed me about the $11 fee that came with them not doing their job in time. I have received better communication from the debt collection robot than I ever have had from the totally inept reception staff and to be honest if I was a doctor, Id leave too. A total disgrace to yourselves and the industry. Do better.
