A	Andre de Wet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice semi-flat route around the estuary - well maintained. For walkers and bikers - can be a bit busy so take care when walking that you don't step in front of bikers / or take care if you are a biker to not race when there are many pedestrians.
M	Michael Carryer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portion of the path near the coast is quite nice, but the section through the newer housing is pretty uninspiring. This part also lacks any signage so it is hard to follow the route. Overall the signs are very poor, so it pays to pay attention to the maps at the main entry points. There are some beautiful views at points around the loop, but the lack of effort to add any interest to the newer section spoils the overall experience.

Could do with better signage when on the path as it does not tell you where you are on the map. Plenty of car parking on site as well as changing rooms for parents and bathrooms. Water fountains in some locations or you can stop in at one of the shops for any refreshments required

T	TheNZLILY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely walkway closes to the Orewa town center. Parking and toilets are available. It's a less than 8km walkway and cycling path, even good for a pram with your baby.
