β β β β β Quite disappointing, the fish wasnt fresh, the mussel fritters were put in a grinder and then battered made to look big, but took away the mussel taste. The kinas and raw fish were beautiful though.

β β β β β I can't believe people give this place good reviews. I have been there a number of times in the hope they have improved but no. Stood at the counter for ages without acknowledgement and eventually walked out. Slack service. Limited menu also. Premises clean and tidy. Was good when they first opened. Has gone backwards.

β β β β β Best 'Fish n Chips' in Rotorua... just saying! Bit of a drive for me.. yet worth it. The service was excellent... the prices are reasonable, given that our seas are no longer abundant as they once were. Hard to get kina & paua nowadays..

β β β β β Our family had lunch here the other day and it was so beautiful. Ther seafood was so fresh and fish and chips were great. We tryed ther prawns which were the best ive had, kina, oyster and the raw fish was mint. This is my best seafood shop. They just need fried bread lol ??. Thanks Te Arawa seafoods ?

β β β β β I asked for a smoked mussels pot and I was given the raw ones. I tried to take it back to swap and the lady refused me, telling me that's not what I had ordered. I was even willing to only get given what the amount minus the 2 we had eaten (My friend and I ate one each before realising). On a good note the guys I gave them to outside the shop were happy though! ? All in all I wasn't happy with the customer service and would not recommend.

β β β β β Went for a kai and a look at what seafood was available. We arrived just after 5 and the cabinet and mussels were already packed away. I had to keep asking what was available she had to keep looking and checking she said it all was but when I asked for mussels, there was none. Also I asked for 1 scoop of Chips for me and my two kids, she said 1.5 be better. We ate 1 scoop of chips and threw the half. There was no sauce in the hotdogs, we had to buy $2 sauce for it. I know near the end of the night, but it was due to shut at 6.30. A bit hoha, the snapper small for price but delicious.

β β β β β Fresh fish, clean and tidy. Beautiful seafood. Love the way they batter the fish. Muscles are great but you need to be quick they sell out fast. Great stop for a family lunch or dinner.
