Michele helped us with booking of the tiritiri-island and other issues. Very friendly and good advice, she took all the time needed! Greetings Obbert and Inger

My wife and I spent 17 days touring the South Island in January 2014. The itinerary and guide/driver were arranged by Aroha Tours. Our movement about the country was totally seamless. Our guide anticipated problems and mitigated them before they became an issue. He adjusted the pace of our day depending upon our interests particularly since we are serious amateur photographers and tended to linger waiting for the right photo opportunity. Every lodge that was chosen was outstanding with regard to the basic accommodation, friendliness of the owners and staff and the cuisine. In several instances the lodges were quite unique such as the Hapaku Treehouse Lodge, Bay of Many Coves and Westhaven Lodge. We could sense that as a client of Aroha we were afforded every attention possible to insure a great experience. Our guide was thoroughly knowledgeable of the history and culture of the Island as well as the nuances of New Zealand wine and food. We were overwhelmed by the activities which were planned for us such as swimming with seals in the Pacific, watching sperm whales and spelunking. I cannot image a more enjoyable luxury tour of this part of the world than the one offered to my wife and I by Aroha.

The staff was very friendly and warm. She is knowledgeable about the vicinity (beyond te aroha) too which is a bonus. She gave us a few maps and we are good to go!

Very friendly staff guide you with information and small maps about the area, and especially the Te Aroha Domain and mountain tracks bush walking activities. The hot soda spa is a great place to visit, just a few minutes away uphill in the domain. The iSite info Centre also carries a wide range of souvenirs and gifts related to New Zealand. Do visit the iSite at Te Aroha.

I was in te aroha for the queen's birthday long weekend and we visited the te aroha I-site where the lady working was very helpful and also very informative, she answered all my wife's questions and they were really helpful answers, I also got my te aroha fridge magnet from the I-site so was really happy with that, I will always remember my trip now

This I-site was so informative and cozy. We stopped here before started the summit track. Not only the lady at the I-site was extremely helpful, she told us us with parking, stay, spa pools etc and also face a free map. She was just so nice and the place had all the info you needed for the town, region and the country in general. Toilets are at the back.

Always a great reception here and very helpful lady. Wanted maps of Te Aroha and were nicely surprised at the new edition. Lovely and large so easy to read.
