★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majority of the staff are rude and condescending. I've only had 2 staff in there actually have proper customer service skills. Everyone else acts like your pulling teeth. They don't do currency exchanges anymore which for a bank is very strange. Gonna switch banks I think.
