Absolutely incompetent!!! Lost and throw out my test. When I rang to ask for results I dealt with an incredibly rude lady who couldn't be bothered helping. I then had to ring back again. they had still not told me that they stuffed up it wasn't till the hospital rang them that they finally came clean about it. no apology whatsoever. Do not recommend this company at all with its poor customer service and work ethic!!

I am very happy with this Medical center and I wanted to thank all the doctors as well as the receptionist of this clinic, especially Manaia who always helps patiently and he is very kind.

Awesome free parking, friendly and very professional and super competent receptionist (?). Got my appointment straight away and i was seen pretty much on time! Very attentive and efficient health staff so my experience was great! I usually dont bother leaving a review but this clinic deserves proper acknowledgement. Thank you very much!!!

I had my second Covid swab through Te Kaika recently and they made it so easy! The receptionist was so friendly and efficient, and the process was very straight forward! The drive through process was well-mapped out and so fast! I also had a really nice nurse.

Useless, over one hour wait, get in and told I only have 5 minutes because hes behind schedule, spoke about my issues where I'm literally nausous and vomiting DAILY and have been for the last 10 months, with ongoing issues for the past 5 years all on my record, and all he had to say is "Maybe its just all in your head" Wrote a complaint, found out he put on the appointment note that I had a "Sore stomach" and that was it - Requested to be seen by another doctor, they book me in for another time, And guess what? They put me with the same doctor. Utterly Useless and uncaring, Going elsewhere, they couldn't care less about peoples health and just do it for a quick buck, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING IT GO ELSEWHERE.

Very upset with service today. My son had a 1.30pm phone consultation. I did not reach the phone in time, called back immediately, believing Wlwe were still within the appointment time. Was told dr would call me. At 4.30. I rung again. Now 5pm. Have not received consultation. Now will need to visit Urgent Drs and pay exorbitant prices concerning my son. Very disappointing!

Cheap and nasty. Rude reception staff and absolutely incompetent doctors. One example being I had an ACC claim in which I emailed the doctor I saw with all the information he needed to forward to them, I then get a call from ACC weeks later telling me they had received no information about my claim and it was now going to be delayed a further 5 or so weeks because they had to source the information themselves, this all could have been avoided had he actually forwarded the correct information like he said he would. This is only one of MANY stressful encounters I’ve had at this doctors practice. I am now back at my old doctors Aurora and couldn’t be happier with service I receive there. I really feel for people that cannot afford to go elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Got in contact with healthline as I have covid symptoms. They told me the closest place to me was Te kaika and to call them to organize a swab and not to go into work. I gave them a call and was told to come in for an immediate swab. Got there, they took all my details ( name, phone number address, dob ect) and was told no one was available and I would have to come back at 3pm. They told me when I came back, to wait outside the back in my car, and to call them when I arrived so they could get my car details and would come meet me at my car instead. 3pm rolls around and I call them, only to be told I hadn't been booked in for any kind of test at all. When I told them I had literally been in a couple of hours ago and got told to come back and call, they said they had no idea why and that I would have to go to the ice skating rink and join the queue there instead. When I got there they also didn't have any of my details ( what did the receptionist do with my details she took down initially at the forgery rd clinic??) So had to redo everything. The staff members I dealt with at the drive in center were great and I got good service there but the receptionist at your forbury road center was terrible! Have been thinking about signing up to your clinic as I live around the round but after this experience I am so happy to have stuck with my usual doctors office down in North dunedin. No wonder you have bad reviews!!! Get some better education and communication training for your receptionist ?‍♀️?
