★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good customer service or system. Was trying to ring through several times and the 1st time I was hung up on. Rang back 20mins later and the same thing.
There was no reminder sent out about my appointment and when I couldn't get through when trying to call consequently missed my appointment . I was told rather bluntly don't expect a reminder. Overall feels frustrating.
